The English language test CELPIP is now available in India. The first official CELPIP examination center in India is located in Abbotsford Community Services in Chandigarh. Registration is open for the first CELPIP testing, which was held on Saturday, September 15, 2018. CELPIP is one of two English language tests that are accepted by the Ministry of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship of Canada (IRCC) as proof of English proficiency both for permanent residence in Canada and for Canadian citizenship.
