In the last immigration round of British Columbia, which took place on October 31, a total of 459 professionals and foreign alumni were invited to apply for a nomination from the province under the provincial program of British Columbia (BC PNP) (Express Entry BC: Skilled Worker and Express Entry BC: International Graduate). All BC PNP categories are managed within the BC's Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS). To apply through the SIRS, eligible applicants are required to register, after which they are awarded an assessment based on their data on economic and human capital. Candidates with the highest scores are invited to apply. Categories managed within the framework of SIRS require candidates to offer from the employer in BC.
