Quebec Immigration General Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months away from completion if duration of program is 18+months

Quebec Investor

  •  Net worth (+spouse) $1,600,000, will invest $800,000 for 5 years
  •  Minimum 2 years of experience in the last 5 years in a legal farming, commercial or industrial business OR in a legal professional business, where the staff, excluding the investor, occupies at least the equivalent of two full-time jobs, or for an international agency or a government or one of its departments or agencies

Quebec Self-Employed

  • Intent to create own job in Quebec
  • Net worth $100,000CAD
  • Have a 2 years of experience in the last 5 years in the profession to conduct in Quebec
  • No educational requirements or follow up

Quebec Experienced Program (PEQ)

  • Applicants must have CLB7/B2 in French or 3 years of secondary/post-secondary studies in French in Quebec or abroad

Graduate Stream

  • Conformed to conditions as student
  • Received a recognized diploma from Quebec within the last 36 months: Bachelor/Master/PhD/DEC or DEP+ASP (1800 hours of training)
  • NOTE: not eligible if graduate must return to the country of origin OR started a new study program OR over 50% of course was completed outside Quebec

Temporary Worker Stream

  • Full-time work (30 hours per week)
  • NOC 0, A,B
