Within walking distance from campus there is the largest ski resort Ontario Blue Mountain, and the longest freshwater beach in North America — Wasaga Beach.

The cost of rental housing is much lower and the air much cleaner than in Toronto; shops, cafes, entertainment centers are within walking distance from the College and places of residence of the students, which will reduce the cost of transportation fees.
